Education & Training
I completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia, Canada, where I developed my health, fitness, physiology, and biomechanics knowledge. I furthered my post-graduate training with a personal training certification through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, an NCCP Coaching certification, and a Mat Pilates Instructor Certification.

But my most valuable training was my time spent at The Movement & Running School in London with whom I still work remotely. It is here that I felt that I learned more than all my years at university. I had the privilege of being trained by and working closely with Mike Antoniades, Founder & Performance & Rehabilitation Director. This training and the experience of working with hundreds of clients – kids, elite athletes, recreational runners, and stroke survivors – has given me the expertise and experience needed to work with a variety of people in both rehab and performance.
Being a runner myself, having been part of the University track & cross-country teams and running on the fells, I put into practice what I learned. This gave me the confidence and belief that the methods I was using on others were second-to-none.

To add to my skills, I earned an advanced diploma in Sports Massage (ITEC) so that I could treat clients with effective hands-on techniques to compliment their movement-based rehab.

In my spare time, you will find me running on the roads and fells of the Lake District and spending time outdoors with my family.
